Every shipment we handle follows a structured, documented execution process, eliminating guesswork and ensuring operational consistency regardless of cargo type, destination, or complexity.
Phase #01
Shipment Assessment & Route Planning
Before any cargo moves, our operations team conducts a full assessment of your shipment profile, including cargo category, weight, volume, HS classification, destination port requirements, and regulatory compliance factors. Based on this, we construct an optimized routing strategy covering origin, transit, and final delivery.
Phase #02
Supplier Coordination & Cargo Pickup
Our China-based team communicates directly with your suppliers in Mandarin, confirming production readiness, packaging compliance, labeling, and pickup scheduling. We coordinate inland transport from factory gates across all sourcing regions to our receiving warehouses, maintaining full chain-of-custody documentation at every handoff.
Phase #03
Warehousing, Inspection & Consolidation
Upon arrival at our warehouse facility, all cargo undergoes systematic receiving, count verification, and physical inspection. For multi-supplier shipments, we consolidate cargo from multiple origins into a single container load, maximizing your container utilization and minimizing per-unit freight cost. Photographic cargo condition reports are provided upon request.
Phase #04
Customs Declaration & Export Documentation
Our licensed customs declaration team prepares and submits all required export documentation directly to Chinese customs authorities, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and HS code-specific declarations. We manage the complete customs release process, ensuring compliant, uninterrupted cargo clearance on the Chinese side before vessel departure.
Phase #05
Ocean & Air Freight Booking & Container Loading
We book freight capacity across major Chinese ports including Shanghai, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Shenzhen, and Xiamen, selecting vessel schedules optimized for your delivery timeline and cost parameters. For FCL shipments (20ft and 40ft standard, high-cube, and special containers), we manage full container stuffing operations with verified load plans. LCL and air freight options are coordinated where applicable.
Phase #06
Destination Clearance & DDP Final Delivery
For DDP shipments, our operations extend beyond the port of discharge. We manage import customs clearance at destination, coordinate with import brokers in the USA and Pakistan, arrange inland delivery to your final address, and ensure duties and taxes are settled through pre-agreed terms. You receive your cargo — cleared, delivered, and documented — without managing a single form yourself.
